Bank was great back when I first financed my vehicle through them. They gave me GAP and Warranty in my loan. Right up until Covid was over. They are hard to get ahold of, if you work a 9-5 you better make time to call them on your payment date because -No online payment for your loans. -If you send them a check they won’t cash it for 2 months. -You have to call for every single payment. They are out during lunch so if you go on lunch at 12, they aren’t back till 1pm. I missed a payment over the holidays because I couldn’t get ahold of them. They sent a repo out on my vehicle. I had to have someone else call and pay for me since I can’t take personal calls during work hours. Now on top of my vehicle payment I have to pay the repo fees. If you want convenience this bank is not for you. You can’t autopay. Nothing. I haven’t missed a payment on anything until this bank. I have multiple other lenders and this is the only one I have ever had an issue with. I will be dropping this bank as soon as I can.
