Ms. Lisa is the best! She addresses all of her customers by name when completing the transactions. Lisa has the answers to questions and if she doesn’t she is willing to find out. Lastly, she is patient with those who don’t always have it together! She is always professional and her customer service is beyond any other ACE employee that I have come in contact with. Again, she is the best!

I’m a teen and I got my first paycheck and Brittney was there. She was very kind and was helpful since this was a first and I was alone. She has great manners and didn’t get frustrated when I didn’t understand thing. I love her work ethic!

This is my first time to cash a check at Ace. I have always been skeptical, but with the help of the lady Lisa I will be a returning customer! She was very pleasant, helpful and definitely patient. I had no clue what to do and how to do it! I hope I will always get her on my visits back!

Today 1/4 / 23 my husband went there to get a western Union and the employee mrs Vicky behind the glass was rude and disrespectful to him cursing and refuse to help him and talking a lot of unprofessional things to him and he said u was very unprofessional and she refuse to help him went got the window she (hold fast without no eye contact and then she went to the second window ) while he was next at window the and it was a long line when he got there he was talking to the customer and not her she assured that he was talk abt her which is personal conclusion I don’t know Wht type of business u have but this not professional and inappropriate behavior and I been a customer for years and never been treated like this before talking abt u will have to call corporate today cause I’m not helping him out refuse his service

Brenda did a superb job when I came to cash a check. She was patient, informative and very helpful the entire time. She is a great employee at this location.

Christina is very professional in client needs, not to mention on 8/5/23 the a/c was in need of repair. Through the tough conditions of sweltering heat she fully kepted her cool and swiftly managed all of the customers including myself. Management fix your a/c ASAP!
