The customer service here is profusely rude, I can’t believe the Middle Eastern receptionist lady Emory actually started raising her voice, talking while I’m talking, when I was just asking questions about the qualifications. Then ends the conversation by saying “I don’t know everything here, call at another time”. I would not recommend strictly because of how hectic it was too have a professional conversation about, and there lack of knowledge of there own job.

If I could rate them a zero, I would. They are the rudest people ever. Such nasty people. If you do not like your job, then you should quit. I called twice, speaking to both a male and female employee. Both answered my questions very sarcastically, and one even hung the phone up on me. I will not ever work them and I don’t believe anyone should.

I called to inquire about the loans process and the requirements. I spoke with a very professional representative. Very friendly and treated me with respect. I follow up on the status because I thought I was denied But i was approved. They have experience a huge amount of applications. The agent apologized again very professional. The following day I was invited to come to the office to finish complete the application and received my funds. My agent explained my loan agreement and terms which included the interest rate. Monthly payment and the length of paying the loan off. Your credit score depends on your interest rate and may seem high but you can payoff the loan early without penalties or interest. I was very impressed with the staff and ther service. I have recommended my family to your company.
