Customer service was excellent! The loans do have a high interest rate but if your bank or credit union can't help you in an emergency then try this service. Please pay on time, no problems - if you are late, you will get reported. No surprises here, it's just like any other credit exchange. Stop by the office to pay or call it in over the phone. The company notes: Coming soon will be online payments next year. That will be the best solution.

Do not use this company unless you live close to the office. I have to drive over a hour to pay on my loan and because of their hours it’s almost impossible to be able to pay on time. And they threatened to take my car for a 2000 loan. I’m willing to pay but am having a hard time due to my work hours and how far away I live. You would think this company would work with you but they want to see you fail

They will give you a loan, but be prepared for all the extra stuff they add onto your loan. I was working with someone new and the lady that was over shadowing her wasn't the most pleasant person. But hey at the end of the day they are there for you if you need a loan. Came in to pay my loan off and owed way more than the original amount. I was told that all those extra fees are prorated over the loan and if I paid the loan off early I would not have to pay them. Well I had to pay all this extra money. Not a good place to do business with☹️☹️.

I would never do business with them again. They charge for duplicate letters they lie about sending out just to get more money out of people. The female manager is bogus the company all around is just sheisty. They don't believe in human error as humans we do tend to make mistakes so whose to say what was so called typed in the computer stating something was mailed was actually mailed. I used my vehicle as collateral and they were supposed to be removed from my title after the debt was satisfied and yet they are still listed. After telling them the letter was never received they claim the policy is there is a charge just to get a copy of what they lied and claimed to have sent in april. They claimed they don't send letters stating a loan was satisfied and yet that is what was received. I would never do business with them again because all they want to do is penny pinch people it's bad enough the correct letter was never sent but then u want to charge more money just to get a print out of something they failed to mail out properly. Even if it got lost in the mail customers should not be held responsible or have to be charged for someone else screw up. I wouldn't recommend dealing with them in anyway. I have never heard of a financial company having no corporate office headquarters or anyone above the manager which is a red flag. They obviously make up policies as they go it seems because who else makes up the policies. Never again.

I've returned from many years ago to get another loan. It was quick and easy. I know everyone has a time where they just need a little help and they are a great resource. The only thing is hard to find someone to cash the check. I would suggest having a direct deposit option for loans
