I agent that assisted me was the worst. I don't remember her name and don't wish to remember. Just know that she talks real slow and that's how she treated my application . I have already had previous account and an open account. It took a week to get approved and I had to find out by calling in. She didn't return my phone calls . After getting approved. I came down on my hour, she was answering phone calls the entire time that I was there. It took so long I had to walk out because now I was a half an hour late getting back to work and I get a hour for lunch. This was the worst experience that I've had dealing with this company for the last 5 years.

I want to give a special thank you to Chanta Jackson and the staff at the Glen Burnie Office for assisting me in an expeditious manner to address my needs. The professionalism was outstanding. I totally appreciate Mariner Finance and the great staff at the Glen Burnie Office and I will continue to utilize your Finance Company in the future.

They make the whole process of trying to get a loan really difficult.. No one answers the phone.. Have to call 10 times before you get an answer, Just for them to tell you they don’t have your application and whenever they do receive it, It will be a long process regardless because they only have one person who works in that department? This place is a joke.. They need to be more helpful.
