Very friendly people to do business with. There's also an app to apply on and even make tour monthly payment. Anytime you have any questions, I have also had no problem calling in and getting them answered. I highly recommend our local LaVale, MD branch for Mariner Finance!!!!!

Getting me the money was good. However, I have been trying to pay off my $8,500 loan For 3 months today to no avail. They are going on circles. My check supposedly got lost twice. The money is good if you want it, they have it quick an easy for you. Now paying them to pay off the loan is something else. At 28 % APR. I have been paying $268 a month for a loan that should have been paid, three months ago. I spoke to the regional manager who said, “ well if we haven’t receive the payment, there is nothing we can do.” This was the regional manager out of South Florida, Fort Lauderdale area. My bank even contact them directly to no avail. I am still dealing with this issue three months after trying to paid my loan off. First time I tried a low-class, sub-human service like this one out of a desperation to get out of a financial problem. Never again.!!!!! WARNING - ALERT with these people. Again, the money is fast if you want it

I'm sooooo grateful for the understanding and respect I've received. I had few set backs and I had been so sick... the office has worked hard for me. That type of customer service is rare these days. They have gone above and beyond to help me with I couldn't find a way to help myself. Ron, manger is was very helpful and kind... always. The staff is as well. I'm blessed, and again so grateful for their support and encouragement. Honestly it's the understanding that life happens, it's a struggle at times. Phone call, explaining. Let's work. This out, blows my mind. Thanks to Ron, manager... I have HOPE! Thank you so much. God bless. Much appreciated!

First working with Ron who was awesome at explaining everything we needed to do & bring with us! & then Aundrea who we upgraded our loan with who in turn was just as amazing!!! Very friendly & welcoming! Super fast turn around! & you get your money same day as signing!!
