Choose any location but Lavale! Worked with a “Maria”, who couldn’t get my income right. First she had my biweekly as my monthly, then after receiving my pay stubs she could not “wrap her brain around” my using an app to withdrawal money from my paycheck on my off pay week. While she was looking at it i tried to explain that she needed to add my net pay check and that amount together, said the system wouldn’t let her do it. She was then confused as to how i made $$,$$$ since starting in August? I’ve worked all year, not sure how she got August? So she “kicked it upstairs” to have the “girls” “double check” her. Shorted our income by a 1000 dollars monthly. Wouldn’t waste my time with them or her.

great people got what i needed no hassle fast approval

One Main is allowing someone to fraudulently open accounts in my name and they are NOT responsive to calls or email. When they finally did answer the main telephone number the gave me a number to thier fraud dept and when I reach that number they says they are very busy to “call back later”. NOT Reputable!

First the staff were really enjoyable to deal with and from the beginning we kept In close touch getting everything that was needed together so my loan could be processed And the next call I received was informing me that I was approved I really enjoyed working with these people and will do it again when I need another loan

Stay away from this place. Maria and her manager David are liars. STAY AWAY from this location. Their mind set is still stuck in the 1800s.
