BUYER BEWARE!!!! An absolute waste of a company or the lack there of. I’m not sure if it was the agent I had my experience with or just the loan officer, but they are horrible. I had a buyer who put in an offer and he was working with this company...when the offer was put in, it was done with a generic pre approval letter on generic letterhead. We should have known something was wrong then. It was told to us that we would close in 25 days, which never happens. Around the 22nd day under contract, we get a notice that the buyer wants to switch from a Conventional loan to an FHA loan without explanation. All this time we were waiting for the appraisal numbers, only to find out the lender told the appraiser to put it on hold without communicating this to the buyer’s or seller’s agent. Needless to say, the deal fell through. The buyer’s numbers were never run in the beginning to see if he even qualified for the loan. It was a lot of confusion, waste of our time, and frustration. My advice to anyone considering this company, to reconsider and find a more reputable company that knows what they’re doing and how to communicate.
