My experience at the local branch in lanham was very good indeed. The branch manager was helpful and most of all professional. I was in and out within the hour. If I may suggest after a client provide the necessary documentation which is required then that should be enough to secure a loan. I feel that asking individuals for a list of valuables in the home or provide references should not be a part of the process in obtaining a loan. Once again my experience was excellent

The staff at the office were friendly and explained everything well to me. However, there is a clear disconnect between local branches and online support. I would go into a branch instead of applying online. A lot of the documents I uploaded never reached the branch and any quote you receive online is not accurate to what the branch will offer. It'd be better to just contact your local branch directly to save time, energy, and for peace of mind. I signed a contract online that I was told meant nothing and I am not too enthused about that. Other than that, no complaints.

Each time I needed Mariner Finance they were above-board in every way. Also, when dealing with money a person is already nervous. However, their wonderful business sense and hands-on personal touch goes a long way. Thank you.

This finance company seems to be a bit predatory. I came in for a personal loan to consolidate debt; however, when I got there they needed my car title and to take pictures of my car interior and exterior. Prior to my appointment at 3p, I called to make sure they had all the documentation... yet I still sat in there for 2.5 hours as they scrambled to finished the loan origination. I ended up getting the loan just because I am a bit financially aware and planned to never sell my car, but I would not recommend this to a person that may not have good financial literacy .

Great customer service. Latonja has a great personality. She is patient, knowledgeable and helpful. She has Empathy. Speaks well and knows how to sell their products.
