ACE Cash Express, Laurel, MD

Last week I visited this location to cash a government check before coming I called to verify that I was gonna be able to cash my check and the lady on shift told me that if I bring additional documentation I should be fine. The requested documentation was submitted, after she reviewed the documentation she asked me to sign my check, and called her supervisor to verify the documents as well. I Waited (2) hours, left the check, and came back just for her to come back and say that her supervisor said she don’t feel comfortable after my check was successfully verified! Before this particular day, I come here all the time to cash my personal checks with no problem! The next day I go to a different Ace check cashing! My check was successfully verified and cash within an hour. I will never come back to this location ever again! I will also be reaching out to the vice president

Ms. Proctor was the associate that assisted me. She was very pleasant and helpful. She made sure I understand everything being as tho this was my first time using ACE, I wouldn’t mind using again. Thanks Ms Proctor

Just know Lakecia is amazing! She went above and beyond and gave amazing customer service!! So fun and easy to talk to and helped me set up a plan!! The patience and just the feel of being welcomed and carefully informed no rush just made sure all steps were carefully explained!!!! DEF MY FAVORITE

Tony helped us today and she was a 10/10. Excellent customer service and great conversation. During my visit we had encounterer a rowdy customer and she remained calm and professional. Will definitely come see Tony again.
