APL offers the best service and rates! Laura Clark is especially good and the best I’ve dealt with at any bank. She is very friendly, understanding, and pays great attention to details. She explains the processes very clearly, and always gets the job done quickly. We’re most fortunate for Laura and for being members of such a great credit union!
