I did not get the paperwork until 2 weeks after the first payment was due. Now I'm a week behind each month, and I get 2-3 calls a day to harass me. If they'd have sent everything on time, I'd have been on time. Terrible company!

They very disrespectful people that work there and They don’t work with u ,Because we are all going there things financially and they keep harassing you about making a payment and trying to repossess your cars . If you are late .

Protect your credit score, do not use Kensington Finance. They didn't report to Equifax until 2.5 years into the loan. Once reported, it dropped my credit score by 80 points. I COULDENT MAKE PAYMENT ON TIME BECUASE THEIR WEBSITE WAS MALFUNCTIONING, AND THEY REFUSE TO CORRECT IT ON THEIR REPORT. NO help, NO courtesy, ZERO customer service. This doesn't even include the extremely high APR. Preying on the inexperienced and first time car buyers.

Believe every bad review about them. They are the worst I never seen a company that always keep threatening you to take ur car on a regular basis. It’s like that’s there ya tactic they use to scare u. I will be trying to get my bank to Refiance my car loan threw them. They charge u 68 dollars of late fees u can’t even make payment arrangements with them STAY AWAY FROM GETTING A CAR FROM THEM STAY AWAY TAKE UR MONEY AND BUSINESS ELSE PLACE.

I paid off my car in July 2020 and Kensington still has lien on car. Called and talked to Pat and Secretary and neither is helpful. DMV says I dont own my car, Kensington still does. Website is only paysite. Do not do business with this company. Have reported to consumer affairs Pam S

I had a little bit of difficulty finding the place. I purchased a vehicle approximately 2 months ago & I wanted BOTH my car payment date to be sooner & my credit card to be automatically deducted from. I was treated "ok". Unfortunately, I was a victim of credit/debit card SCAMMING & I CANNOT reach them today on a Saturday morning. ⚠️Otherwise, KNOW that if you call in your payment, they'll charge you almost $9.00 EXTRA‼️🤬🙄

I would give them zero Stars if you had they came and repoed my car and it was paid off the dealership Fitzgerald added stuff after I signed a contract at the time I brought 30500 .00 to buy 2 cars so I bought mine and drove home with tags then next day we buy a SUV and the was 4k left over to buy her a car well some how they put a lean on my car instead of her SUV so they didn't notify me to march I bought cars on Jan 20th so they set payment up for 390 dollars a month for 4k for 1 year I would of never agreed to that that's why I paid cash I don't want no payments

This is the worst finance company you can have, thick people in the service, they only serve you well when they want to take your money, after that it is a total disregard, nobody serves you well, THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO SOLVE PROBLEMS, one says one thing another says another, they are not here to help, they just want your money, DO NOT BE DRAGGED, go for me, if you hire this company you will spend a lot of anger, THEY ARE THE WORST!
