I must start off by stating that I am a very satisfied member that get auto financing at DestinationsCU. The customer service is absolutely outstanding I can’t thank Ms. Allison Moore enough for having my best interest at heart and putting up a fight to get me into the vehicle of my choice by making sure I’m getting the best rates and deals as possible and she made it happen. I highly recommend this credit union when it comes to your lending needs, saving and checking services. They offer lots of helpful tips and benefits to help you get the most for just being a member. Thank you again for providing me with such prompt, efficient and superb services.

Allison and Melissa were very informative and helpful. Allison helped me to understand the financial contract and helped to seal the deal. She was not only pleasant, very patient, she was professional as well. Top notch company glad to be a member with such great people.

Allison and Tammy have exceeded my expectations as a customer and closed my signature loan in a record amount of time. Tammy even met me to do a wire transfer outside of lobby hours. From beginning to end, my loan experiences, both personal and auto were as easy as it gets!! My loan representative, Allison M. was so sweet, patient, kind and so efficient! I've been a Destinations Credit Union member for many years and not once has my family (also members) or myself had less than an excellent experience. Even with the holiday rush, Allison was able to process my loans so quickly and effortlessly on my part. We will be lifelong members!!

I dealt with Mr. Rubio as my loan officer. He was very cool, very professional and knowledgeable. He made the experience of buying a new vehicle quick and easy. I highly recommend.

We applied for an auto loan to purchase a new vehicle for my husband after his previous vehicle was totaled. Right away, Allison was in contact with me. I told her that we're in a rush to secure the loan to make the purchase. Immediately, she started our application. She replied to every email that I sent & made calls to me daily, keeping me informed . She was very helpful, We were able to get the lowest interest rate possible, which makes us very happy . The sales manager at the dealership told us that many customers are coming into purchase vehicles with their own financing & that we received a great deal from Destinations.I highly recommend using the Credit Union for financing!! I've been banking with this Credit Union for over 3 years now and have never been so dissatisfied. Last Christmas for 2022 I put in a loan application and called to check the status and was rudely treated by Judy. Again, I reapplied for another loan recently and was again treated rudely by Judy. I put in an application for refinancing and she told me that "I probably would not be approved and should not waste my time." I truly wish to never speak to her again. I never get this treatment from anyone else at the Credit Union. The tellers are always pleasant to work with. I hope no one else has to deal with the treatment that Judy has repeatedly shown me.

Allison Moore was VERY helpful, kind and patient with me in this process. She was always available to answer any questions I may have. Even when she was unreachable, she got back to in a timely fashion. I appreciate everything you’ve done and my son appreciates you as well as he’s been cruising in his brand new car 😀 …
