Left a review over a week ago about an employee being sarcastic over the phone and an item being highly overpriced the owner took the time too at least look at the review see how long Ive been coming there offered to have me call speak about it goes a long way just getting an apology showing he cares about his business still think the item was ridiculously priced for being used when a new one was 200$ less almost with game I went elsewhere just would have been nice to go there and get a deal like I've done in the past. Took down old review and left this one thank you for your apology.

Just purchased a beautiful necklace/ earring set that was priced way below the appraisal. If you haven't shopped at Polar Jewerly, you are missing some beautiful pieces at unbelievable prices. From here on out, it's my "go to store" for Jewerly. Thank you Chad for your courtesy and commitment to customer service.

They over charged and did not provide a receipt for my complete transaction. The 1st guy was rude & short with me being unwilling to assist. I’ve utilized this pawn shop for years and will never return after my last experience. Overall seemingly upscale but again……I’ll never return.

David was extremely helpful and professional. He help me find the exact piece I was looking for. It was exactly as advertised on their website and the price and value was outstanding. The piece is an exceptional condition and works as if new. I will definitely be doing business with Poplar jewelry and Loan again.

I went in there with my own research to pawn a couple of watches. They did not disappoint. They were only a little off of what I was thinking. But, let's be honest, if the pawner does not rebuy, the pawn broker has to hold the inventory, market it and hopefully sell it to get their money back. I totally get the concept. And, where else can you go to get cash for your items? Sure, you can try to sell on Ebay, ETSY, etc. But, then that takes time, packaging, shipping, possible mail issues, etc. They make it easy to sell or pawn. And, if you are looking to buy, they have great prices on some unique pieces. Check them out!

More interested in lowballing you than give a fair price. Stay away from these sharks if you have anything valuable to sell.
