Deb from the Westminster, MD branch was amazing. She made me feel welcomed and had stellar communication and kindness. While I wasn't approved for what I initially requested, I walked out with way more than when I walked in and I am so grateful. Thank you Deb and Lendmark Financial!!

I don’t like there service if someone doesn’t get a payment on time they call you everyday until you pay them and to be honest that’s harassment..

My sister and I walked in at 4:30. We were told to go to sign paperwork. The auto dealer gave us all we would need. The atmosphere there was quite rude.
I am disabled. It is painful for me to walk. As a potential client one would think you would be treated with respect and as if they wanted your business, not so with this branch.
I asked to use the restroom and was told they don't have a restroom for the public in a snarky way. I was treated less then human. I had to walk to the store a few stores down. It was painful for me and without my walker it was worse.
I personally feel something has been lost in the treatment of others. If I were dressed in a suit and not jeans would I have been treated differently?
I felt from the moment we walked in the door we were treated as if we were doing something wrong. They most likely close at 5 and we were there at 4:30. We were told by the dealer to go. He had spoken to them so they should have been aware of what time we would arrive.
I am giving one star because at least they opened the door. I would never use a company that treats their clients in this manner.

No one answers the phone when you call and even when you leave a message, it is not returned. They'll call and harass you several times week for payment, but when you actually call to talk to someone, no one will answer the phone. Not to mention they only offer 36 months as their longest repayment, when I have received 5 years from other lenders. Will not be dealing with this lender again.

Very nice people working there. Very understaffed, charge for everything such as paper statements that by their own admission are wrong. I have belonged to that bank since it was Carroll County Bank in the 90s. It has had quite a few ownership changes over the years and was good until Truist took it over.
