One lady was out due to a family situation so my close was not smooth at all. I didn’t even receive a final cost to close so had to write an extra personal check at the closing. Then when they sold the servicing to someone else they accused me of not paying, when I did. They threatened to put it on my credit report when their records were wrong. Shelly in Auburn was quick to help but I don’t need extra headaches in life.
