Unfortunately If you can’t help a customer just because of the bank they have had for years and works everywhere else then your business receives a 1 star.

Could not get help anywhere else but the lady helped me out with great ease

They are wonderful people that work there they always help me when I need it

Called them to make sure they would cash a cashiers check, was assured it would be fine so long as I paid the cashing fee. showed up and refused to cash it because they couldnt verify with the bank and didnt want to gamble on if a cashiers check was good or not... Thanks for wasting my time

Don't file your taxes through them. Direct Deposit wasn't an option. It wasn't even brought up by the tax agent. My tax return took longer to recieve. Also because Republicash didn't offer direct deposit the IRS wasn't able to deposit my 3rd stimulus to my new bank account. Stimuls check went to a canceled bank account then rejected & sent back to the IRS. Now I have to wait for a paper check. Which also takes longer then direct deposit. It took me till June to finally receive my stimulus check. That wouldn't of happened if I had been offered direct deposit by the tax agent. Also don't waste your money on taking loans from Republicash either.. During tax season Republiccash advertises that you can qualify to take out a loan of up to $3,000. I was told I only qualified for a $300 loan. The interest fee on the loan was nearly $100. In the end after filing fees & the loan, I lost my entire state refund totaling $700.00. I only used Republicash this year because I had filed for unemployement & wasn't sure how to file the unemployment information online. Never again. Lessons learned. Next year I'm going back to filing for free online through Turbotax.

Called to verify if I can cash a personal check beforehand. Get here, girl behind window didn't even realize I was standing there being balls deep in her phone then to have 15 minutes wasted for them to "verify" the check and tell me there's nothing they can do. Should be called retardicash...

The major draw for me is the payday loans, which have rates competitive with online apps but without the risk of compromised banking information or security due to data breaches, since they keep paper files. Paula is also the nicest lady, and Stephanie makes me smile.

Friendly staff, explained the process well and where to sign any document. Great customer service experience!
