Applied for a loan there and they used the lamest excuses they could to deny the small loan, including I wasn't a member!! And they refused to use local documented credit to support the loan. Won't be doing business there any time soon. They also impuned my character, by implying that there was some vague negative reason I didn't apply with a previous instituion for my loan.

I love the people the parking lot needs to be bigger. Iv had to walk from the gas station to the bank , not that it's far but I feel I should have to .

Very friendly staff but parking and access in and out is difficult.

Roll into the drive thru with 4 checks because I can't make it before they close and they decided not to be open on Saturday anymore. Not sure who the lady was, I assume the manager, grabbed the microphone and told me I shouldn't be requesting so many things 20 minutes before they close on a Friday. I've done business with this credit union for most of my life but now I will be going to this branch to close all my accounts and making it known it was because of this one lady. This was a much better company when it was Rainbow.

Awful ton deal with called about a issue lady told me she don't see it said I was pretty much lieing went to atm to pull cash out and they took my card saying it expired remind u it don't expire till2025 worst bank ever
