Communication sometime took in excess of 2 days for messages to be returned after leaving messages on work and cell phone as well as email. Also an added note not everyone is from the local area who may need the use of the bank so why does a professional business not list the area code? This is the 21st century and some towns have several area codes, so use it. I think I would trust a online bank first before using them again and you can get your answer back in 10 minutes. Last time I try to invest in local area network.
