Bangor Savings Bank, Rockland, ME

After deliberating back and forth between signing up for Bangor Savings and another local bank, I ultimately decided to go with B. Savings due to reviews of their app and the overall online reviews. Now I understand firsthand why they’re so great. Although there was an initial hiccup with creating my new account, the branch manager Gavin went above and beyond to both rectify the situation and provide excellent customer service. Excellent customer service. The most customer friendly, willing to go the extra mile to help complete a transaction, bank in Maine. I have been with them for years. I will be a customer for life.

Fantastic first experience with this branch. Attentive, accommodating, and very easy to work with. I bank with a couple of national banks and actually think Bangor Savings offers a far better mix of services -- at least at the customer service and retail banking level.

Small Bangor savings. Quick in and out. Good customer service. They have a coin counter in there which is helpful.
