Clean little TD bank. Easy in and out with good customer service.

My wife went in earlier to cash a check for me, a TD check, and met with uncalled for rudeness and hostility from the older lady working at the counter. We were told they could not cash the check even though it was a TD check. I had signed it over to her, the correct way, pay to the order of, with my name above it in her signature below it they should have honored the check but instead refused to cash it. If your looking for good hometown banking go to Bar harbor bank and trust. They have the nicest people and are a great bank. Forget this joke of bank. That's the second time we've had issues here. The first time I was dropping off a check from my mother for the Uganda fund and they acted like I was a criminal with a stolen check. Had someone stand at the door and waited for them to ok everything before I could leave. My advice. Don't bother with Td

Nice enough people but shame on the bank for charging $10 to cash a check drawn off this bank... robbery.
