Five County Credit Union, Waterville, ME

terrible customer service, they have lied to me more than once, moved my money around from my savings account to checking and then charged me $10 to move it. They have outrageous fees, and above all that, when they make a mistake, they will try to blame the customer. I cannot wait to move to another credit union. This one is absolutely horrible.

They've treated me very well and with respect. I went in last year looking for a car loan after being turned down repeatedly by banks due to my less than stellar credit. This location made me feel valued and got me setup with the car I wanted within weeks. I unfortunately had to claim the vehicle as a total loss a couple of months later however I was able to locate an even better vehicle and they got me another loan the same day I told them my intentions. I am very pleased with this credit union and closed my bank accounts that were over ten years old to new accounts at this location. The employees here are genuine and will do everything possible to help you achieve your financial goals.

Been a customer for a couple years. We are happy with them. No complaints. Love their hours of operation and the fact that they are in Walmart which makes it very convenient. Sometimes the tellers can have an attitude, but for the most part they are always helpful and friendly.

Would put negative stars if I could. Lady ar front did not know her job. Deposited check then would not give me my money which was actually for an Eagle Scout Project!

They wanted to charge me 20 bucks for 6 pieces of paper for my bank statements do not use this bank they are also very rude
