KeyBank, Waterville, ME

This bank is in crowded downtown and parking was a challenge the day i went. I got a spot a couple of blocks away and entered through the back door, which is a kind of tunnel and a little confusing. All was well because staff were helpful and attentive, as i have come to expect from years of banking there. I stll miss my home town branch (which closed recently) but seem to have consistently good experiences whatever Key Bank branch I visit.

The tellers are very friendly.

My grandmother has been using this bank for decades. I've noticed they are very polite and nice to her. I've never seen her bump into any problems with them. Eventually I myself would like to go through this bank.

I needed a notary and bank representative said she only notarizes for its members thank goodness Camden bank has far superior customer service
