Northstar Bank, Bad Axe, MI

I had and still having good experiance every time I walk into the bank, stop at their drive by servive window or even call. Northstar coustomer service is the best I have seen among banks, even major banks. I have used many different major banks since I moved few times across state lines and Northstar and its staff are really a cut above all others.

Northstar Bank is by far the BEST bank I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have been using NSB since 2009 for everything from seven digit business loans, LOC, to personal banking. One email or phone call and things are DONE! We have since retired and live over 1,000 miles away a good share of the time and still use NSB for 99% of our banking.
