You have to go through the internet obstacle course just to find a phone number that actually works. I will be moving to another bank as soon as I can get all my money out….$1000 a day because they refused to empty my account told me only $1000 a day. WHAT IM THE WORLD!!! THAT IS MY MONEY!!! Ok I’ll play your game.

Was ok when stationed in Elkton but since 3/4s of all decisions are made now in Saginaw, service has gone way down. Maybe they treat new members ok, but if you have any years in (16), grab your money and go somewheres else.

We had our mortgage though these guys! Lori Zdrojewski is a pro at what she does, very helpful throughout our home buying process. Would recommend this bank 10/10
