How do I call at noon and receive a call back after they close? Closing early on Fridays and the weekends… maybe more branches in Michigan would be a better solution. Since there aren’t any in northern Michigan.

I just refinanced my car with Kellogg Community Credit union although I’ve been a member with Advia for a while,not sure how long.I was given a 3.99 interest rate when Advia,my primary bank offered me 7.9. I also asked Advia for a credit card which I’ve yet to be approved for,and my credit is over 700.Good employment history,income exceed 80k and I’ve been told no more than once.I’m not sure what’s going here,but if I have to seek other banking institutions when I need to do something other than make a deposit,I’m out! I do know that.So if it’s a struggle to get things done with Advia I suggest you call Kellogg Community Credit Union.Easy and fast approvals and professional courteous service.Thank you Kellogg I’m having both my accounts headed your way.

This location has just gone downhill. Only 1 person working the drive-thru and 1 person working up front with a line out the door. This location is always packed, needs to be adequately staffed to accommodate all their members.

The friendly and courteous staff at this bank helped me make informed decisions about my future and the future of my family. Each person who has helped me had answers to all of my questions and done so with a positive attitude. I could not ask for a better banking experience.

Raised the number of monthly debit card transactions needed to get the highest interest rate from 6 to 20. It appears advia rewards those who spend rather than save. Very disappointing as I have been a member for 30 plus years and now retired.

This is the worst advia in Battle Creek. The atm is always broken, doesn't accept your checks or cash and they just replaced this machine! This is the 2nd time this week trying to get change for my business. There is a line out the door and there is one temp working the front and she has no change or drawer. The other lady in drive-thru had only two rolls of quarters and no one had a key to the vault. All while there are 3 other workers in the offices, playing on the computer with no customers and the line out the door. This is ridiculous and am about to take all my accounts and go elsewhere. Never have I had so many issues with a branch. All the other advias are fine, why is it this one? It is the most busiest so there should be more staff on.

This credit union is not very transparent and will automatically enroll you in credit card fee programs without notifying you. Watch out for them selling you on services without explaining the fine print. I do not recommend financing with this institution. Most other credit unions are amazing. Their Consutruction and mortgage loans aren’t even in house.

Needed a new card. They printed me one, no problem!
