Great place to bank. Take advantage of all they have to offer and always ask to see if your getting the best deal... if your nice to them, and civil, it goes a long way!!! I love MCCU and have banked faithfully for years!!!

They gave me a chance on an auto loan with a decent interest rate for someone with less than stellar (not horrible) credit where no one else came close. I appreciate that I felt like they looked through the credit report to see what and where the mistakes of mine were and realized it would have no bearing on paying back the loan, not just a number.

Tried opening an account online and it said I had to bring in my driver's license etc to the branch. The employees acted like I had no idea what I was talking about I waited a total of 20 mins for them to take a copy of my ID and then be told someone will call me within a few days. I even called back and it has now been about 6 months no answer and my info is who knows where. I wouldn't want to even open an account with them now if they did contact me back finally because they clearly do not know how to handle people's personal information. I ended up going with Advia which is an AMAZING credit union.
