This is the best bank, people actually take the time to get to know you the manager Mark is great! Anytime I have an issue Stephanie always helps me she is fantastic and cares so much about her clients! I have my buisness and personal accounts through there i reccomend it 10x over!!

Very unscrupulous institution. They have settled lawsuits for re sequencing debit card transactions to produce overdraft fees. Customer service is the worst.

Why would you start my transaction in the drive thru and then take a twenty minute phone call?? I was held captive while the brunette argued on the phone with someone!!! She could have easily said please hold and finished my transaction (a simple deposit). Where is Stephanie????? Without her the service here has suffered, hence why this is not our primary bank any longer!
