Wanigas Credit Union, Bay City, MI

Not Happy at all. Just opened a Checking and Savings and right off the get go problems with people answering the phones. I set my Direct Deposit up with them and have bills due and still don't have my debit card. I went in and asked what we can do so my car payment isn't late. They said nothing we don't print cards there. Takes 7 to 10 business days. Closing accounts.

Cody, the loan associate is AWESOME!!! I've had several loans through Financial Plus. Except for the first loan, every other loan I got I was spoken to so disrespectful. Cody is a jewel!

I have been with wanigas for years, they are always friendly and helpful and supportive in the community.

The people I've interacted with here are normally very nice, but the credit union itself leaves a lot to desire. Only seems to be interested in getting you loans, not savings.

They positively will NOT answer the telephone, no matter how long you sit there and let it ring. That’s ridiculous.
