Went into this branch location today to open a business account. I had all my documentation as this is the 4th business I've had. Teller was very pleasant and kind. The bank on duty at 1pm 8/12. Was aggressive and dismissive. No name introduction or even a hello just I doubt you have all the documentation you need" she made a judgment without asking us for the documentation we had. The branch was busy and clearly she was agitated worse service I've ever gotten at the bank. We walk out and decided to open our account at chase instead and will be move the account we have with this bank. I would not recommend this bank.

So glad to get the real regional small credit union service experience from Honor in getting my HELOC. Very prompt, easy, and friendly experience from A Skoda and N Dye.

I had a great meeting with Mrs. Rachel Kindred. She was kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. I look forward to working with her on my plan.

I recently opened an account at Honor Credit Union and it was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had with a business in a very long time. I'm not sure what happened to good customer service but I am grateful that Honor still believes in it!
