I had received a VA loan from Jason, Julie, and Rachel. I could not be happier with their work, communicating with me and there to answer any questions I had anytime. They really made buying a home very easy. If I could give more stars I would. Professional, attentive, and most importantly just all around good people to do business with. My wife and I thank you.

Honestly I have no words to describe how Jason Kolberg and his team works with us to follow our goal in buy a home since the first ring we knew that this it's the right people and I have not spoke with him no more than 3 or 4 times over the phone during the whole process but I guarantee you that behind the profetional, who I just can imagine how stress his position could be, we saw a human being who try as much as he can to help you and this is what he did for us just because our case or our situation and he did it!! Just like that!!! To make a long story shorts we contact 3 lenders including one of the biggest national bank before Best Home Financial and let me tell you something not even close to Best Home Financial we deal with jokers and clawns before find Jason Kolberg and what I mean it's this people are very clear and transparent since the first day no hidden fee or wako stories or anything like that We almost make a mistake dealing with all these clawns so be ready first to contact them have your taxes,pay stubs, Bank statements etc... ready ok give your self a chance with Best Home Financial but ask for Jason Kolberg or Julie Owens his assistance. I could not have asked for anyone better!My scores weren’t quite were they needed to be but Jason still worked with me when others said no. He helped me with a plan, stayed in touch with me and was always willing to take my calls or texts and answer my questions. Even gave me a pep talk a time or two as well. The experience was excellent. There were different options for communication, via email or text message. Jason was very quick answering text messages (including after business hours). Julie was also efficient in responding to emails. The easiness of communication reduced the anxiety of the process. It ensured us that they were on top of things. Also, Jason took the time to educate me and answer my questions.

Jason and Juile worked really hard to get the best loan suited for us. They were really kind and extremely knowledgeable! If we had any questions, they were there to answer us. They were really patient with our lack of knowledge and never hesitated to break it down in simple terms for us to understand. We will definitely refer to friends and family!
