Horizon Bank, Benton Harbor, MI

I went into the Horizon Bank and was told that they didn't have the time to work with me on oppening a savings account. There were three employees working at the branch, and the location is open for another four hours. Not a single customer in the bank. There was no excuse for why they couldn't assist me. The banker in the office said that i would need to wait another week just to give them money to open up an account. I will not be using this bank in the future.

Rude staff. Rude woman who was sitting in the office. She certainly wasn't doing any work. Would not help us open a savings account. No wonder there's no customers. Rude, rude, rude employees. Starting with the manager! We ended up going to TCF in Coloma. The staff was great, no wait and manager outstanding. She sat us in her office and made the process seem flawless!

Absolutely terrible customer service! Very unprofessional! I would highly recommend going somewhere else to do your banking!
