Our relationship with Cadillac Greenstone started over the phone long distance with Kimberly Cool. Her professional and personal expertise and tenanicty in dealing with the dynamics of an unique foreclosure was very beneficial and appreciated. Through the years we have met many of the Cadillac employees and they have been very friendly and always there to help and to address our needs. We are very happy we chose to go with Cadillac Greenstone!

My husband and I had a very tricky situation and were almost throwing in the towel on buying my family farm and moving before finding GreenStone. Kim made, what seemed like an impossible situation and transaction after talking to many other banks, quick and easy. We could not have asked for a better process and highly recommend GreenStone.

If we could give 0 stars we would. My husband and I bought our first house through Greenstone Cadillac MI. We worked with Kimberly mostly, sometimes with Trina. Extremely unorganized, didn’t even explain that we would be having escrow for the entire extent of the loan. I asked many questions just to get I don’t know answers. This was our first home so we wanted to be walked through the process, it was a frustrating experience to say the least. Greenstone was recommended to us, but not this location and I now know why. We chose to use them since we were buying a house in Cadillac. They told us they would be there at the title company to do closing. I drove 7hrs to be at closing on time, they never showed up to closing like they said, yet had the nerve to ask for things they should have asked for prior to closing like bank information. ( I asked a thousand times if they needed anything else from us and they kept saying no, seems like they don’t even know what they need) Highly unprofessional! We also requested our closing documents to be overnighted to us so we could have all docs filled out on time, the title company had no idea that these documents needed to be mailed out at all (probably Bc Greenstone never informed them to do so) so of course they never got sent out. This place needs to get it together. Seems like employees there have become too comfortable with making mistakes. In the future we will not be working with them again!

We have been in a good working relationship, even through a change of agents and they have always been honest and dependable and available. A few perks along the way have been appreciated.

Highly professional, super customer service, easy process, smooth transaction. I loved the girls we worked with, everything went according to plan. Great company, highly recommend.
