At first I was not impressed with the lady that was helping me. She was snotty, however Erin overheard our conversation and went above and beyond to meet my needs. She overcompensated Bc of the other employee. Erin didn’t have to do that but she did and I really appreciate it!

Brought in a Savings Bond to be cashed, they stamped it so i could not bring it elsewhere, but never gave me the money because their Wi-Fi went down before the final paper was printed. Shouldn’t touch my paperwork until you have given my money.

Loan dept doesn't disclose all information in the loan process nor at closings. They attach additional documents, without explanations, into closing process. Beware if your looking to get a loan from them. If it is a new construction/mortage loan definitely have lawyer with you at closing.
