Horizon Bank, Cadillac, MI

Horizon Bank On North Mitchell St Cadillac Mi for some reason had a problem cashing my check saying that had to contact someone on the account first because of the amount but the funny thing was others Guys from work cashed larger checks with no problems and even after she talked to the owner of the company I work for I sat for another 5min in the drive thru waiting then ignored me when I hit the call button several times doesn't matter what I needed I'm guessing and I'm thinking the Black Guys looks very Suspicious Cashing Big Checks at Horizon Banks all the other guys that had no problems were white the one and only Black Man out of 10 People brought out the Red Flags

Do NOT use this bank. My husband and I have been hacked 3 times in under three months. They freeze your account, it takes two weeks or more to get your card replaced, and they won't return your stolen money unless you come in during office hours to fill out paperwork. Therefore, if you also work office hours you're going to spend your entire lunch hour waiting in line. Their own bank teller admitted it happened to her and they don't know how it keeps happening. Other banks have better policies and I'm changing banks immediately.

Best branch in town! Kind tellers who have always been very helpful, especially in the case of stolen card information. The only Chemical Bank I will go to.

Staff is wonderful! It was a bit confusing when we first got our loan due to system changeover as we got charged some late fees but they refunded the charges since it was a system glitch. Best RV rates around!

Always a great experience at this branch. Tellers are always friendly and helpful and always make visiting this branch pleasurable.
