The Wexford county action agency for help. I'm homeless and no one seems to be able to help me unless I'm out in a snow bank freezing. I'm disabled. Have several health issues and no one has any help. They keep telling me to call somewhere else and their advertising, housing counselor, placement assistance, etc. And I can't get access to anything
