Unfortunately when you get a home loan through a mortgage company they get sold off, that is how Caliber got mine. If you can avoid borrowing from this company I HIGHLY suggest it. Every year my homeowners policy renews it’s get cancelled because this company fails to make proper payments on time. Every year I have to make calls back n forth between caliber and my insurance to get it all sorted out. As a first time homeowner it has added so much stress. They won’t give any info to my agent so I constantly have to call myself. So here I am AGAIN with a cancelled homeowner policy that I have to get sorted out.
