My wife and I got a great home loan at a great rate through Greenstone.

Very dissatisfied with the service i recived from the Hasting Michigan location..(Aaron Hartman) .. Been looking to get loan for property here ..but looking into a mortgage loan much more successful since seems like a credit score is way different thru Greenstone .. Good luck anyone else hope you have better service n luck...

Don’t waste your money with this company!! Our loan was totally messed up from day one! We didn’t get a response from Kyle Griffiths anytime there was a problem (there were lots!). In order to get a loan you have to $1000 in a stock with this company in which they don’t tell you about up front. They didn’t send us our docs before closing so that we could review them. At the closing table we found out all of the inconsistencies. At that moment we weren’t in a position to walk away because our sellers were upset and lost their patience after dealing with this company. We are looking for another loan to replace this one ASAP. Another $3,000-$6,000 lost. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!

Ian and Melissa are wonderful, I had a banking issue at another branch and they both went above and beyond to resolve it. If it wasn’t for them two this review would’ve been written differently. I appreciate you both and I hope the higher up sees this and gives you both a well deserved promotion. 5 stars.

We spoke with Brian at Greenstone in Monroe, MI and he was initially helpful but after finding a couple things on my husband’s credit report and making it seem like we could get these things resolved and move forward, Brian didn't call back as he stated he would and didn’t return our messages. After a couple of weeks my husband finally got Brian on the phone and was told he cannot work with us. This information would have been nice to know a little sooner and it was pretty unprofessional to ignore us. It would have been nice if he was just honest with us. I would not recommend working with him unless you are very sure he won’t have to do any additional work to help you out or put any extra time in for you.
