Advia Credit Union, Fort Gratiot Township, MI

I have never had any problems with Advia Credit Union. The people are always nice and friendly and always have a smile on there face. As far seeing a personal banker Yes you might have to wait for 10-15 mins be patient, they can only go as fast as the people they are working with. Keep in mind they have to deal with people all day long and that can be taxting. I do most of my banking through North River Road and the 10th St. Branch. Good job Advia keep doing what you're doing.

Good rates on auto loans. Nice and friendly staff. They don't screw you on stupid fees either unlike Chase or Chemical bank. Gotta update this to one star. Although they have good staff they never have enough people working. Always a slow line at the tellers, always a wait for an office banker. Hire some people already. It's a good bank once you wait forever to get an employee.

Horrible customer service. Horrible rates. and honestly horrible management. If I could give negative stars I would. Every time I try to make a transaction there’s a problem. Something about a black man with drawing over $2000 a week they don’t like. Not checks either. I get direct deposit and still have issues. I can’t access online banking or use my debit card because of a fraud case that happen 6 MONTHS ago. Terrible. Absolutely horrible and sad.

Before this merger I got screwed over by my own account because they never told me about the 3 dollar fee they charge if you put all your money in savings and none in checking. Now during this stupid merger, I can't access my OWN STINKING ACCOUNT online or on my phone because their servers are down. I'm going to Chase.

Advia allowed my daughter's grandmother (who was not on the account) to close her account out and withdraw all the money. I hit the roof when they returned to my house and told me. I immediately went up there to re-open the account and was told that was not possible . I had to go through the lengthy process of opening a new account. As soon as my kid turns 18 and can bank anywhere, Advia will be in the rear view mirror forever.
