Fifth Third Bank & ATM, Fort Gratiot Township, MI

Not this branches fault, but don't bank with this company if you're lower class. They will hold your money simply because you're too poor to receive large deposits. I deposited a check and went on vacation, they held my money for a full week and refused to explain why. Customer service refused to assist me or explain why. The other bank released the funds but my bank refused to give them to me for being too poor.

Alex at the Fort Gratiot branch is great at his job. He’s friendly, follows up and truly cares about customers. He went the extra mile to make sure a transaction was verified correctly. Thanks again Alex!

So many problems, wrecked my credit score due to their old system, caused a number of issues in regards to my business account.

I dont even wantro give a si glee starnot worth it. Get off people this company Horrible IT system that never gets updated We stopped one bank account for Ach but for the past year that charge the same account and get payment reversal.on that even after repeated requested even letter and fax to thecompany president. We are paying mortgage thru another account and they b b see that but cannot update their systems and based on the previous bank account they call me everyday and everyday we tellthemthe same story. Horrid horrid horrid

Was placed on hold for 10 minutes and had to call back and got the same guy who placed me on hold in the first place. He transferred me to someone else without letting me know. So frustrating. Usually get nicer people on the phone.
