Hands down the best lender and people I have ever dealt with. I have had some ups and downs in my life. But if your loyal and good and keep your word these people will treat you like your a family member. I don't write reviews, but these ladies and gentlemen deserve a few minutes of my time for everything they have done for me. When I was down, they didn't just look at a report, they looked at the person. that's what it takes in this world. Old school values. and it's not just one branch, its every single branch. You will see why they are voted one of the best credit unions in the country. they earned it

Jeremey is always so great to work with. I’ve been working with him on and off for a couple years. Every single time I talk to him it puts me in a better mood because he is always so kind and professional at the same time. I honestly can’t say enough good things about him and the service I’ve received from him. I wanted to take the time to shout him out because he is a fantastic employee and a great person in general. We are all talking about the same person that is bringing Frankenmuth credit union to shame . Lara Sayan Southam . She is so unprofessional and very rude. After receiving a fraud alert I realized it was right after talking with her . She is a teller that works for Frankenmuth credit union from home . I had her checked out because I know a lot of people from Bridgeport that is very aware of what she does. She's a regular drunk that spends all her time at cass river yacht club 6154 Dixie hwy in Bridgeport everyday . She is receiving money for our personal informational. Go there any evening of the week and you'll see her drinking two shots of tequila with every beer and making deals .. unfortunately Frankenmuth credit union doesn't give drug test either. Glad I could help

Best bank I’ve ever worked with! I work for a dealership and have all my loans through them. John Stauffer is great! Always very responsive and helpful with anything I’ve asked from them.

Frankenmuth Credit Union has the potential to be great, but unfortunately, my last few experiences of the past 2 years with them has caused me to move all of my assets out of my accounts and therefore effectively close my accounts. They seem to offer some great auto loan products, but the technology that supports the website is a little too out of date for my tastes. Since my accounts were closed, I tried reopening an account online only to be met with an online error that did not provide much detail as to why it errored out. I called up Kevin my previous loan specialist this past week after I learned my accounts had been closed due to inactivity to inquire about reopening my account and exploring some financing options for my brand new Telsa that I picked up yesterday (through Tesla's own financing options since FCU never got back to me) Long story short: The representatives from FCU that I called and left voicemails to did not return my calls back. It's been 96 hours since I left those voice mails, so here I am leaving my review.

Have a payment plan through national debt,yet they insist on garnishment on top of that. I lost the ability to work full time if at all and yet even after discussing it and them saying they wouldn't here we are doing it again
