He provides customer service on a personal level, which is becoming a rare trait these days. He is the type of person that you can call after work just before bed and ask a strange question that you kept pondering all day. Feel like I need to invite him to Thanksgiving dinner.

Don’t ever get a mortgage through these yahoos. You would be better off calling a 3rd world country and dealing with them. To get in contact with them you have to purchase a pigeon to send letters to them. They have a terrible online platform and trying to get in contact with someone who has a clue is impossible. The whole operation is a mess. Do not allow your bank to sell out to these guys because you will be in a world of hurt for years. If you are faced with the option of financing through these guys or not buying the house, then simply don’t purchase the house you will be much happier in the long run.
