Horrible experience trying to lose my deceased grandmother's account as her executor of her Estate. No one knew what they were doing- every time I called I was asked to do something different. When I asked to speak with a manager they said that wasn't allowed. I don't wish anyone be subject to go through what I went through.

Have to have an account to get rolls of coins. Talk about lack of customer service/caring for your community.

One of the worst banks I have ever had to deal with! There lucky they even got one star from me!!
