Horrible experience trying to lose my deceased grandmother's account as her executor of her Estate. No one knew what they were doing- every time I called I was asked to do something different. When I asked to speak with a manager they said that wasn't allowed. I don't wish anyone be subject to go through what I went through.

Have to have an account to get rolls of coins. Talk about lack of customer service/caring for your community.

Darcie is the sweetest person to work with and super helpful. Helped me figure out how refinancing my car would save thousands of dollarsin interest and how to set up complicated accounts with my boyfriend. Great customer service.
