I do all my loans with CFCU, Natasha Thomas, from Gaylord branch. She is amazing. Very professional, courteous, and most importantly picks up her phone or responds by email immediately. Her communication is above and beyond expectations. CFCU is very fortunate to have a great loan officer on their staff. Highly recommend. Call her-she'll answer her phone!

I went to my credit union in Gaylord and was helped by a young lady named Alicia, she couldn't answer my question but quickly called someone named Angela in the cards department my question was answered and I was highly satisfied with the outcome. A big shout-out to Angela and Alicia today thank you for your kindness!

25 minute wait at drive thru when the building is closed!!!! Only one teller for for all theses cars waiting!!!
