I opened accounts here recently. I'm very happy I chose CFCU. Everyone we worked with is so knowledgeable and helpful. They make me feel valued every time I walk in the door. Thank you to all the team members.

The people here are SUPER nice. We worked with Shari and she ROCKS! Sorry I can't provide inside pics (not supposed to inside a bank), but know that it is spacious, well laid out and virus conscious without losing the warmth of customer service. Tha KS for my son's new bank card!

Had them my whole 37 plus years of life, multiple loans and tons of money spent in interest to them from my loans/auto purchases etc. They used to be a great bank, and would always be there when needed. But now not only are your treated poor and so many new people in and out you feel like just a number here now. The icing on the cake was even after all these years, one day I needed a cashiers check, and they wouldn't even waive the $5.00 fee for this and treated me like junk for even asking. Like how dare I expect them to even think about waiving a fee. As the other person mentioned, they just don't work with you at all anymore. I will be closing this account and going with one of the tons of other options out there that put more value to their customers.

BEWARE! A banking company that does not look out for its customers! They said they would waive overdraft fees caused from the wrong account being charged and said it would be taken care of. Then they decided that they would not like to do it later and pulled the money back out of the account. It is so frustrating that they don't care about helping their own loyal customers out and just want to pocket some easy charges that were not even the customers mistake! DISGUSTED!!!

I have to change my review. They actually were very nice and helpful when my husband passed and worked with me to reduce my payments until I could sell the his truck.

Natasha and Myken were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We've been members for over 40 years and love this credit union!
