If you're looking for a place to get a mortgage or any kind of loan for that matter DO NOT use 5/3. I have been dealing with issues with them for months and every week I'm on the phone with them to fix the issue. Every time I think a problem is resolved I get a letter in the mail about some other fee I need to pay or that I'm overdue on a payment even though I clearly have records that it's been paid. The only reason I give them 1 star is because their employees in the call center are very nice and are doing their best.

They refused to cash a personal check written to me by one of their own customers from their own fifth third account because the customer was from another branch in another town.
And now today i couldn't get a stimulus check cashed because the teller has to make a call which put her on hold and had me waiting almost 15 mins before i simply went to walmart and had it cashed effortlessly with no questions.

Went to the drive up window today and found there is 2 lines of cars backed out to the street. I find this situation every time I go there. I'm tired of waiting a half hour every time I go there. Why not open the middle station.
Needless to say I wasted my time driving to town to get my banking done. I got better things to do
Maybe I'll try getting there at 8:45 am on Monday so I can get done what I tried to do today

We were visiting the city and only had large bills, so we stopped to try and get smaller bills for them. They wouldn’t do it because “you don’t have an account and it’s against our policy “.
Huntington Bank had no problem doing it for us.
