Love this place. Excellent customer service, very good selling and buying prices. My husband and I have purchased several different items, jewelry, tools, kitchen appliances, air conditioners, heaters, electronics including 2 smart TV's. Every item works as if brand new. Layaway plan is easy to set up. Before we purchase new, we look here first for quality items at a lower price. 10/10 rating for us.

The staff if super nice and friendly. Always ready to get out their silver and help me spend some money. I did a Facebook post in Gaylord helping Gaylord that my wife lost a necklace. They actually reached out to get a picture of the necklace so they would know if someone brought it in to try and sell. Great people. Love going there.

I love this place! Great pricing on jewelry and their program that allows you to trade up on pieces is pretty cool. Lots of things ro chose from. Friendly atmosphere. I will be returning again and again!

Awesome place! Smart and amazing people to deal with! Went in for a uhaul and left a 2 time customer! Everyone was super nice and helpful, Kenzie (sorry if that is spelled wrong) was super helpful, polite and educated in what she was doing. Off subject but also a great parent seeing her interact with her child while also helping me was a picture perfect moment

Every time we go into this store we’re always met with kindness and the employees are always eager to help. They’re not just about money, they care for their customers and community. Kenzie went above and beyond for my husband while trying to get my ring back that we had ended up pawning and we so appreciate her friendliness and will to help us get the best deal! She really took her time helping us with all the questions we had regarding to other items we also bought! You can tell she really likes her job and being able to make her customers happy.

I went in to see these guys to get a laptop. I bought the warranty for 6 months, I ended up having to take it into a computer shop (running slow). Matt was awesome he ended up donating the laptop to me and giving me my money back, (it would cost way more to fix then I bought it for). Because these guys stick to their word, I ended up coming back in and buying another one!! These guys are so nice, like you have a good friend when you go in to their shop, you could chat with them forever!!!! Thank you so much, Matt, Lyle and Paul❤️

This store is amazing. Surprised my boyfriend with a new guitar and amp. The amp wasnt working properly so matt the owner gave us a more expensive one for free. He definitely made it right. Matt is amazing! Great items for reasonable prices and customer satisfaction guaranteed. Makes it a great store to shop at in gaylord.
