If I could give a negative rating I would in a heart beat. This is the worst banking experience I have encountered in my 30 years of business. Very poorly designed mobile application, very poor phone customer service, and much worse in person customer service. Local mgrs have no experience in resolving account disputes. Don't return calls and have poor customer service experience. I am going to move my accounts and money somewhere else.
