Bought a 2009 Ford Flex and the top of the line Extended Warranty they were pushing at the time of signing. In less than 15 months, I have had to pay over $4K into the vehicle (of which the warranty refused to cover even though it covers the part, if the specific part is not specifically named then nothing is covered) in the last 6 months! Now I am told the transmission has to be replaced, but it isn't covered because the CVT is not on the warranty list and that will be another $1,200! So here I sit, with a car just over 100,000 mi, $18K underwater, and that I can't drive. I am beyond disappointed with the Ford Co. quality of product, the dealership, and the extended warranty company so heavily endorsed by the dealership. Even though I have always been a fan of Ford in the past, I doubt I will ever trust the Ford Co. when I want to purchase another vehicle.
