Where to begin. Your waiting for 5 min between customers in the bank, even when there's only 3 customers. God forbid you do an online business they canceled 2 cards for fraud when I ordered things for me and my fiance and won't issue another card. When or where is there something stating your limit is 2 cards for fraud or lost/stolen. This bank is the worst bank to be with that's why we are switching from M1 to anything else better.

Needed 2 rolls of nickels took cash in there and they wouldn't give them to us because we didn't have an account. Didn't give us a $4 transaction now I know why we will never have an account with them. Very rude.

It would be 5 stars if I didn’t have to wait 2.5 weeks to get my card and another 2.5+ weeks to get my pin!!! Can’t access my money unless I go in on a Saturday!!! Not cool, do better!!!

Something has changed! I used to be so happy with this credit union, not anymore. $8.00 fee to fax a payoff of a loan you e made thousands on. Several rude people work hear also. Tried to get them to help me when my account was compromised and got nothing but an argument.. closing one account at a time.. I’ll be doing my business elsewhere
